The Briar
Patch evolved from a piece of property, in Sempronius, NY, with
extensive brush, briars and standing water. We started clearing in 1985 and
building our home in 1988.
Joanne started machine knitting in 1985 and a small gallery was designed for her
Knitting shop. The fall and winter of 1999/2000 saw the addition of 300+ sq
feet onto Joanne's small and very crowded shop. Joanne now has 2-15 needle
single head embroidery machines and upgraded commercial software.
